2nd class bachelor of Marta Župan won 2nd place on the Croatian Championship in Taekwondo for young seniors and senior women (U-21) on 2 June. This result was most likely to secure his entry into the national team and to go to the European Championship in Poland.

At the tournament in Rijeka (Čavle) in the home of taekwondo clubs Grobnik and Rječina, organized by the Croatian Taekwondo Association, 99 competitors from 28 Croatian clubs participated.
